One thing I am always looking forward to in the summer is having fresh lobster. I usually just steam the lobster and serve lemon wedges and melted butter with it. One time, I decided to try a recipe I saw in Eileen Lo's cookbook and boy I was so glad I did. This lobster Cantonese dish is so good that you'll probably need to take some appetite suppressant to stop yourself from having more. LOL I have the recipe in my food blog. Wow, I am now drooling!
Lobsters are hard to find here - but would crabs be a good substitute? Tsalap, tsalap!
