Oh-Em-Gee! I thought I would be searching online for good digital cameras. Thank goodness it is not the case! What happened was that last night, amidst a huge downpour, I stashed my Canon DSLR into the storage organizer in the back of the SUV. I didn't take it out last night since my hands were already full with stuff. Then this morning, dh took out the trash and used my vehicle, drove off with the back latch door open and voila, out came the storage organizer and my digital camera. tsk tsk tsk The organizer wasn't clipped in. sheesh!! Hello to me!

To Stay Together No Matter What?
I guess no matter if they kill each other. *grin* That's what my friend in the Philippines confided in me the other week. She was having problems in her marriage and personally, I think that they should part ways and live separate lives instead of trying to hurt each other. Asking them if they still love each other is like asking the question "Do weight loss supplements work?". I think that the love is gone from what I've heard. One treats the other one like crap and that person does not want to change. They're used to getting what they want whether they're in the right or not. The other person has faults too, they didn't want to argue so it's just silent treatment.
Still no Divorce in the Philippines
I was surprised to know that only two countries in the world has no legal divorce. One is my old country, the Philippines, and the other is Malta. I was playing around in Google after searching for the best weight loss product when I searched about divorce statistics. In other Catholic countries, their government has some form of divorce. It shows that in the Philippines, the Catholic church still has a big hold on the government. It is disappointing considering there are a lot of couples who are separated but cannot fully move on. I'm sure there are a lot of illegitimate children out there. Will there be a divorce in the Philippines ever? The answer is No for sure.

I've heard about it, they said that after you turn 40, you start to feel more aches and pains. You also will have a hard time losing weight since your body's metabolism slows down quite a bit. Then of course, there is that dreaded menopause. I know of a few women who gained weight when they hit that stage. That is why more people are looking for ways to keep that weight off or lose that extra baggage. Many are looking online for Diet pills that work without exercise, is there such a thing? For me personally, I just want to live a healthy life, free from diseases and stuff like that. I'm dedicated to my family and all my energies are focused on my kids and running my household. We each have our own choices and I don't want to be judged by others who have not walked in my shoes.

Thanks for Painting the Living Room Honey, Now I Need...
It's a never-ending 'wish list' when you have your own house. Don't you agree? Dh just finished painting both the living room and family room walls and it took more than a year for that to come into fruition. hahaha Can you tell I don't nag? Anyway, now, the next project is much more easier and smaller in scale. I want him to change the kitchen faucet. You see, the pull out hose covering is shredded and it is getting harder to pull it out. I've been researching online and I have seen a couple of Grohe faucets that I liked. Now, I wonder how many months it'll take for that to be done? :)

And it is all my fault. One of my domain names expired. I don't remember getting a renewal notice for that one. I should have had it on auto-renew but there is nothing I can do about it now. I have been out of circulation for too long - blame it on life and me. Now, I have a lot of things to do there, including one for Branson vacation package and cannot do it. What to do? I'll just get a new domain. Hopefully, it will still be accepted. C'est La Vie...

Getting Ready for Winter
Just this past Columbus Holiday weekend, dh had two pallets of dried, seasoned wood delivered. It cost us a pretty penny but much less than what we would have spent on haeting oil. You see, we had one of those Wood Stoves installed in our fireplace. Dh said that it will heat up the house much more efficient than a fireplace does. At first, I was sceptical but boy, was he right! We didn't spend much on heating oil but it does require some work. Well, I'm not complaining since all the wood are cut and all I have to do is carry a couple up the stairs. That is, only when there's no more wood in the house and dh is at work.

Shopping in your pjs. Right. That's what most people usually think about when you say online shopping. For me though, it means spending a lot of time surfing through websites looking for the best (and that means lowest) price. Not only that, I also search for coupons for that particular store. Sometimes, I hit the jackpot and get a free shipping and some kind of discount; but that is very rare. It pays to research and it really pays to be patient and not purchase the item on the first website you see it on. It does takes longer for me to shop online and I always end up paying less than I would at stores and other online stores. So if you are a savvy shopper like me, you would do your research first before buying that cute little dress online (or even in the store).
